Delhi consumers to get power subsidy only if its opted: Here’s how you can apply for subsidy
Delhi residents can avail the power subsidy from October only if they opt for it, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Wednesday. The Delhi government has made it mandatory for people to opt in for the subsidy to continue getting the benefits. The last date to apply for the subsidy is September 30.
Starting next month, the option to get Delhi government’s power subsidy will no longer be available by default and every year, consumers will be given an option to continue with power subsidy or not.
