Delhi airport operator to raise Rs 744 crore via NCDs

Mumbai: Delhi International Airport (DIAL) is raising up to ₹744 crore unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a tenor of seven years whose proceeds will be utilised towards partly refinancing the NCDs due in October 2025.

The NCDs are priced at 9.75% and will mature in August 2030. The anchor portion is ₹223 crore and the non-anchor portion is ₹520 crore. The paper is rated A+ by ICRA Ratings. The bidding for these papers will happen on August 21.
