Delhi: AAP to go door-to-door to offer power subsidy
NEW DELHI: Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday said it will run a door-to-door campaign across the city to help people apply for the electricity subsidy.
The party will also make people aware of the BJP-led MCD’s plan to set up 16 new landfill sites in the capital, it said.
AAP MLA and party’s MCD in-charge Durgesh Pathak said AAP volunteers will reach out to people to explain how simple the electricity subsidy registration process is so that the maximum number of consumers can avail of the facility.
