CTPS observes World Environment Day

Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (CTPS) a unit of Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has taken a new step ahead to protect the environment. To mark the World Environment Day, Ajay Kumar Dutta, Chief Engineer and Project Head and Sunil Kumar Pandey, Chief Engineer O&M, along with other officers and employees of CTPS planted saplings in the campus of DVC Industrial Training Institute on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Datta said that to get pure air and pure water, we have to protect the environment. He appealed to the people to plant more and more trees in the area and conserve them.
