Credit Suisse says SpiceJet cleared all dues; SC posts case for July hearing to ensure it doesn’t default again

The Supreme Court on Friday took note of the Swiss financial services firm Credit Suisse’s submissions that CMD Ajay Singh-led SpiceJet has cleared all the outstanding dues and is no longer in default as on date in a $24 million payment dispute.

However, the apex court has posted the case for a hearing in July to ensure the company doesn’t default again, as it did in the past.
