The Dhanbad district administration stepped up corona testing with rise in corona positive case from coal capital.
On the New Year day (January 1), 113 positive cases were found during tests conducted by mobile testing van.
Deputy commissioner Sandeep Singh directed health officials to intensify tests and contact tracing so that the number of affected persons can be identified.
In view of district administration directives, contact tracing has been intensified at CISF camp where 10 positive cases were found on Saturday. Besides, other locations where the number of affected is high also the initiative was taken.
