Coal bearing tribunal at Jharsuguda soon

Here is good news for the people of the coalmining areas, particularly those of Jharsuguda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh districts, as very soon there would be a coal bearing tribunal (CBT) at Jharsuguda.

This would solve the disputes of the coal mines land oustees and also settle long disputes on payment and compensation.

At the question of the Bargarh MP Suresh Pujari, the concerned department has given clearance to set up the tribunal in Jharsuguda.

It needs to be mentioned here that there is only one coal bearing tribunal in Dhenkanal district at present where as maximum land oustees are from the above three districts of Western Odisha. Hence, for every work people of this area rush to Dhenkanal which is always a difficult task for them involving a lot of financial burden.
