CM Baghel flags off Bilaspur-Bhopal flight
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday flagged off from Kanker through virtual mode the Bilaspur-Bhopal-Bilaspur flight from the Bilasa Devi Kenwat Airport at Chakarbhatha.
The Chief Minister is on a visit to Kanker Assembly constituency as part of the public interaction drive (Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan).
Baghel said that all efforts were on to expand air services in the state. The services have started at Jagdalpur and Bilaspur in the last three and a half years.
Automated ATC equipment has been installed at Jagdalpur, Bilaspur and Ambikapur airports which will facilitate landing of airplanes and helicopters in these airports at any time.
