CM approves prosecution in corruption case related to Energy Dept
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has given approval to the proposal to issue sanction orders for offenses under the provisions of section-13(1)(d) read with section-13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, in CBI, ACB, Ranchi Police Station Case No- RC-07(A)/2016-(R) dated- 02-06-2016 against accused Shivendra Nath Verma, Chairman, Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Jharkhand, Ranchi Presently Managing Director, Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited and Alok Sharan, then members (Finance), Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Jharkhand, Ranchi Presently Principal Director, International Projects IN. C., ATS.
