Chhattisgarh coal allocation scandal: CBI Court cancels bail of accused for approaching prosecution witness
A special CBI Court Tuesday cancelled the bail of a Director of a private company for approaching a prosecution witness in a coal scandal. This is the first time a special CBI Court has cancelled the bail of an accused involved in a coal block allocation scam.
Sanjeev Kumar Aggarwal, a co-accused in the 2017 Chhattisgarh coal allocation scandal was released on bail in October 2017 by a lower Court.
