CG Power inducts 3 independent directors including former Tupperware India head Pradeep Mathur
MUMBAI: Troubled-CG Power and Industrial Solutions has taken on board Pradeep Mathur, Ratin Roy and Aditi Raja as independent directors for the strategic role they could play in the company’s Indian operations, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The company said that these new additions emphasise that India and the subcontinent are key markets for CG Power. The company said it aims to have executives who will act as consultants and function in a multi-dimensional global market.
