CG Power delays Q1, Q2 results; expects to give numbers shortly

New Delhi: CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Tuesday informed the stock exchanges of a further delay in submission of its first as well as second quarter results. “The company expects to submit the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2019 and 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 to the joint statutory auditors shortly, it said in a BSE filing.

The company plans to raise about ₹800 crore through an equity issue to tackle the liquidity crisis that it is facing.

“The company would offer equity or quasi-equity instruments to institutional investors, existing and new, in the next few months.
