Central funds for highways in 2 dists
Hyderabad: Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Wednesday met Union road transport and highways minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi and urged him to sanction funds for development of highways in Nalgonda and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts.
He thanked the minister for sanction of Rs 600 crore for development of national highway from LB Nagar to Malkapur, and urged him to take up widening of the national highway from Ali Nagar to Miryalaguda as the vehicular traffic in Miryalaguda town was increasing. tnn
