CCL to frame SOP to ensure safe workplaces for all: CMD

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India, will draft a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure safe workplaces for all as the nation is witnessing a rise in Corona virus cases.

Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Gopal Singh asked to set up a core group at CCL headquarters for framing SOP, a full-proof mechanism to check the spread of the deadly virus. He also talked about the importance of ‘Social Distancing’ and urged the employees to raise the awareness level and follow steps undertaken by the government to avoid infection from such virus, which is transmitted through water droplets.
