CCL CMD visits Ashoka open cast mines

PM Prasad, after assuming charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India, on September, 1, today visited Ashoka open cast-mine of Ashoka Project, PLR Patch, Conveyor Belt Site and planted a sapling at Kayakalp Vatika. The entire idea is to take stock of situation and motivate workforce to give momentum to ongoing coal production. Earlier, Prasad has visited Magadh-Amrapali Project, largest coal producing areas of company and Rajhara Area of company. The new CMD also visited and inspected Rohini.
