Bundelkhand e-way work going on in full swing

The Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) said the work on Bundelkhand Expressway for linking it with Agra-Lucknow Expressway was going on in full swing and 16 per cent of the physical work had been completed.

The UPEIDA said all the pending works and other issues relating to the construction of the main carriageway and the service road were being expedited.

UPEIDA Chief Executive Officer Awanish Awasthi said here on Saturday that directives had been issued to the contractors to expedite the construction of structures and flyovers on the expressway.

Reviewing the progress of the expressway project through video conferencing, Awasthi also issued directive to accelerate the work on shifting utilities like electric poles, tube well, high tension power lines and other utilities falling in the path of the expressway.
