BPCL declares Rs 50/share final dividend
Mumbai: State-owned Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL NSE 0.76 %) on Wednesday announced a final dividend of Rs 58 per share including a special dividend of Rs 35 per share. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 21 announced earlier. The company has received Rs 9,876 crore from the sale of Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) in Assam to a consortium of Oil India NSE 0.67 % and Engineers India NSE 2.35 %. The stock, which rallied 13% in the past month, ended 0.5% lower at Rs 474 on Wednesday.
