Boeing suspends production of 737 MAX

NEW DELHI : New Delhi: Boeing has suspended production of the 737 MAX starting January next year following an extension in the certification moving into 2020 and uncertainty about the timing and conditions for return to service of the aircraft, a company statement said.

The company added that it has around 400 airplanes in storage and would prioritize the delivery of these aircraft.
