Bihar Police forms SIT to probe Indigo executive’s murder

BIHAR POLICE headquarters on Wednesday set up a special investigation team (SIT) to probe into the murder of a 38-year-old Indigo airlines executive, who was shot dead outside his residence late Tuesday evening.

Rupesh Singh was shot by unidentified assailants outside his residence when he had just returned from Patna airport in his car.

A senior police officer at the police headquarters said: “We have got a 20-second footage that shows some criminals fleeing. Some other CCTV cameras along the possible escape route are not working. We are talking to more people to get some lead.”
