BHEL lays down online employee engagement initiatives during lockdown
New Delhi: One of the largest public sector unit (PSU) in India, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHELNSE 7.16 %) has enabled nearly 21,000 of its employees to work-from-home since the country-wide lockdown.
During this time, the company has created more than 230 learning opportunities through various e-learning courses / webinars / trainings on technical, functional, managerial and behavioral domains for its employees. These opportunities are the joint efforts of BHEL’s Corporate Learning & Development Division, Engineering Division – Project Engineering Management and various training centres spread across BHEL’s units, said the company release.
