BBMB signs MoU to setup 40 MW Baggi Power House
Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Himachal Pradesh Government for setting up 40 MW Baggi Power House during Global Investors’ Meet at Dharamshala.
The MoU was signed in the presence of BBMB chairman DK Sharma by BBMB secretary Tarun Agarwal and Himachal Energy Department director Manasi Sahay Thakur.Sharma said that two units of 20 megawatt Baggi Power House shall be executed by BBMB at the tail of Pandoh-Baggi Tunnel with an estimated cost of Rs 350 crore and project completion period of four years.
