Baghjan well blowout: Dharmendra Pradhan takes stock of situation

GUWAHATI: Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister for Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas took stock of the Baghjan Blowout in Assam. OIL team along with Crisis management team from ONGCL and an expert team from ONGCL, Vadodara are working to mitigate the situation.

He had a detailed discussion with CMDs of OIL as well ONGCL. In a statement Oil India Limited (OIL) stated expressing his concern over the incident, Pradhan advised OIL to take all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of the local population.
