At Aero India, jets fly fitting tribute to IAF pilot

The 12th edition of Aero India 2019 was inaugurated at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru on Wednesday by Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

Three IAF fighter jets and a Rafale paid aerial tributes to Wg Cdr Sahil Gandhi who was killed in a mid-air collision during a rehearsal on Tuesday. The Indian jets — Tejas, Sukhoi.30 MKI, and Jaguar — flew past in a formation called ‘Missing Man’.
