New Delhi: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has stopped the state for now from awarding a 6,400-megawatt ultra-mega solar project, which is being eyed by 24 companies including NTPC NSE 1.60 % and Adani Power NSE 5.00 %.
In a case filed by Tata Power Renewable Energy, the high court on Wednesday directed the state to not enter into any agreements after completion of the bidding process. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for February 15, people in the know said.
