In a devastating incident, a plane crash in Brazil’s Amazon region resulted in the loss of all 14 people on the aircraft. The accident occurred during an attempt to land in stormy weather in the popular tourist town of Barcelos, with all passengers and crew members on board tragically perishing.

The Tragic Crash

A small propeller plane, which had embarked on a 400-kilometer journey from Manaus, the capital of Amazonas state, to the remote jungle town of Barcelos, met with a disastrous end as it approached the town amid heavy rain and reduced visibility. The pilot seemingly initiated the landing midway along the runway unintentionally, leading to the plane running out of the landing strip and crashing.
