Airline’s portal crashes, passengers left stranded

HYDERABAD: Some passengers at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport spent anxious moments after servers of IndiGo Airlines were reportedly down for an hour due to a glitch on Saturday.

The crash of the airlines’ reservation portal has led to 7-8 hours of mayhem, leaving passengers frustrated and flights delayed.

On one hand, a constant beeline of international students flying for their respective destinations for the Fall semester could be seen outside the airport, while on the other, inside the airport, a server crash triggered chaos.
