Aircraft lessor Wilmington moves NCLT to begin insolvency proceedings against SpiceJet
Aircraft lessor Wilmington has moved the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to start insolvency proceedings against SpiceJet, news agency ANI reported on June 11.
The case will be heard on June 12 at Delhi NCLT.
In May, Wilmington Trust SP Services, along with SpiceJet’s two other lessors Sabarmati Aviation Leasing and Falgu Aviation Leasing, had approached aviation regulator DGCA for deregistration of three planes of the airline.
