New Delhi: Eighteen days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the “Fit India Movement”, Air India has decided to serve special low-fat diet meals to its cabin crew in an attempt to improve their health.
The national carrier said the Director Operations has decided to revise the in-flight food menu considering the health factor of the crew members.
The move aims to provide light and healthy meals for the crew members along with a homely (Indian) feeling. The special low-fat diet meal for the crew members will be worked out on day-wise basis, the airline said.
