Air India sets new targets for its non-flying staff in bid to effect culture shift

Air India has rolled out a new organisational structure for its non flying staff with new designations, work levels and roles that are seen as simplified, market-competitive and productivity-oriented. In April this year, a similar structure had been rolled out for the flying staff including pilots and cabin crew.
