Air India Express expands footprint: Daily direct flight from Gwalior to Bengaluru takes off

Air India Express marked a significant milestone on Tuesday with the commencement of its daily direct flight service connecting Gwalior and Bengaluru. The inaugural flight was ceremoniously flagged off in the virtual presence of Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, among other dignitaries.

Commitment to Tier 2 and Tier 3 City Growth

Expressing pride in contributing to Gwalior’s growth, Air India Express Managing Director Aloke Singh affirmed the airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, which are recognized as the growth engines of New India.
