Air India announces voluntary retirement for cabin crew, relaxes age criteria to 40 years from 55

Tata owned Air India has announced voluntary retirement for permanent employees of Air India and has relaxed the age criteria from 55 to 40 to avail the benefit.

In addition to this, the company has announced an ex-gratia amount for the employees who apply for voluntary retirement between June 1, 2022 and Jul 31, 2022.

“Further to the above, employees who apply for Voluntary Retirement between June 1 and June 30, 2022 will also receive an additional incentive over and above the ex-Gratia,” according to the order issued by the chief Human Resource officer of the airline.
