After over 60% rally in 1 month, Suzlon Energy Board to consider raising capital
The Board of Suzlon Energy will meet on July 7 to consider a proposal to raise capital in multiple ways.
“This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on 7 July 2023 to consider and approve capital raising by way of one or more or combination of permissible methods and seeking approval of the shareholders,” the company said in a filing.
