Aditya Birla Group co Grasim executes a Supplemental Share Subscription Agreement with Renew Green Solutions

Aditya Birla Group company Grasim has executed a Supplemental Share Subscription Agreement with Renew Green Energy Solutions and has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Renew Surya Uday Private Limited.

“We would like to inform you that the Company has executed an SSA with Renew… for Execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement,” said the company in a media statement on Wednesday.

The purpose of entering into the agreement is to operate and maintain a 16.68 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid power plant in the State of Gujarat wherein the power generated will be supplied exclusively to Grasim under the Captive Rules.
