Adani Transmission Q4 Results: Net profit soars 70% YoY to Rs 389 crore; revenue rises 17%
Adani Transmission on Monday reported 70% growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 389 crore for the three months ended March quarter. The same stood at Rs 229 crore in the year-ago period.
Consolidated revenue from operations during the quarter under review rose 17% YoY to Rs 3,031 crore. Operational EBITDA was up 28% to Rs 1,570 crore.
The Board has approved the re-appointment of Anil Sardana as the Managing Director of the company for a period of five years effective from 10 May.
