Adani set to acquire online train booking platform Trainman
Adani Enterprises, the flagship business of the Adani Group, said on Friday it would acquire 100% equity in Stark Enterprises (SEPL), which operates online train booking platform Trainman.
The company did not disclose the value of the transaction.
