982 potholes in 50 km, says Maya taking jibe at BJP over highways
Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati on Wednesday took a jibe over government claims of providing highways better than in the United States.
The former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh said that the condition of highways in Uttar Pradesh, particularly the Purvanchal and Bundelkhand expressways, showed how the Bharatiya Janata Party was making false propaganda but the potholes revealed the truth to the commuters.
Through a series of tweets on Wednesday, the BSP supremo said that the news of a new expressway collapsing was in the news and it exposed the government’s claims.
