97% power users linked Aadhaar: Min
Chennai: Nearly eight lakh electricity consumers are yet to link their Aadhaar numbers with their electricity service connections, minister V Senthilabalaji said on Wednesday, announcing that the last date to complete the process has been extended till February 28.
Earlier, the minister tweeted that 2.59 lakh consumers had linked their Aadhaar till Tuesday night.
