3 coal-laden trucks seized in Bokaro Thermal, 2 held
Tightening the noose around illegal coal transporters in the district, Bokaro Thermal police seized three coal-laden trucks on Kanjkiri-Thermal road near under Bokaro thermal police limits last night and arrested two people,said SP, Bokaro, Chandan Kumar Jha.
The identity of the arrested driver duo could have been Ajit Kumar Singh son of Late Kuldeep Prasad Singh a resident of Jamdigwar village in Hazaribag district while other was Binod Yadav son of Sona Lal Yadav belonging to Behenag village of Deoghar district.
As per the report, a team of BTPS police under led by Inspector cum Officer in- Charge Ravindra Kumar Singh swung into action after getting a tip-off on at least few trucks which were carrying coal from Nawadih area to neighbouring Hazaribagh district late in the night on Friday.
