The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) has issued an order approving the power purchase agreements (PPAs) for a total of 49.8 MW of paddy straw biomass-based power projects.

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board has received 225 bids for 50 geographical areas (regions) that were offered in the tenth city gas distribution (CGD) bid round.
