Air travel becomes costlier

On Nov 19, 2018, Airport Economic Regulatory of Authority of India (AERA) has increased the Passenger Service Fee (PSF) – Facilitation to Rs 77 per traveler from Rs 10 for flying from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport on domestic route. In addition, PSF-Security is being charged at Rs 130 from per embarking passenger.

Coal – Supply, Demand & Cost

The month-on-month energy demand suddenly shot-up by 11.50 per cent in Oct 2018 compared to Oct 2017. The month wise growth for the period between Apr and Oct 2018 is shown in. Total growth of energy demand in 2017-18 was 5.35 per cent, and the shares of renewable energy was 7.78 per cent.
