The government is seeking the comments of stakeholders on six changes it plans to bring during the second round of bidding for award of rights to fly under its regional air connectivity scheme (RCS).

Airport Ground Handling
The government plans to bar ground handling agencies that are majority-owned by foreign entities from operating at airports belonging to the armed forces. Besides, it has proposed barring foreign airlines with foreign ownership of more than 50 pc from carrying out “self-handling” at any domestic airport.
