11 drones recovered along Nepal border in Bihar

The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has recovered 11 drones from an alleged smuggler along the India-Nepal border in Bihar’s Madhubani district, an officer said on Thursday.

Shankar Singh, an SSB commandant, said on a tip-off, they arrested Binay Kumar Mahto and recovered the 11 drones from his car on Tuesday while he was travelling from Nepal to Bihar. “The drones were found hidden in the vehicle,” he said.

Police superintendent Satyaprakash cited preliminary investigation and added it suggested the consignment was on its way to be delivered in Madhubani. “We are investigating all aspects…”
