US citizen held for creating ruckus at airport
Chennai: A 42-year-old US citizen, who attempted to enter Chennai airport without valid documents and assaulted CISF personnel at the gates on Saturday, was arrested by city police. The accused, Titus Livy, reportedly landed in the city a week ago from Los Angeles on a tourist visa and visited several towns in the state, police said.
The incident occurred on Saturday morning when Titus Livy tried to enter the departure terminal through Gate No. 5. Since he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and did not have a passport or flight ticket, CISF personnel stopped him.
