Union coal minister Kishan Reddy, minister of state for home Bandi Sanjay slam Congress for ignoring Telangana Liberation Day
Hyderabad: Union coal minister G Kishan Reddy, alongside Union minister of state for home Bandi Sanjay, criticised the Congress govt for failing to commemorate the successful Operation Polo and the subsequent merger of Hyderabad as a day of liberation.
Speaking at a commemorative event at Parade Grounds, which honoured the historic military operation of 1948, Kishan Reddy expressed disappointment over what he called a deliberate political omission.
