NEW DELHI: Shares of NTPC Ltd. traded 0.49 per cent down in Thursday’s trade at 10:37AM (IST). Around 171,545 shares changed hands on the counter.
The scrip opened at Rs 91.6 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 91.6 and Rs 90.0, respectively, in the session so far. The stock of NTPC Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 145.85 and a 52-week low of Rs 74.0.
Total market cap of the NTPC Ltd. stood at Rs 90089.94 crore at the time of writing this report.
State-run power giant NTPC said the first 150 MW unit of its Kameng hydropower project is commercially operational. The remaining three units of 150 MW each, totalling 450 MW power generation capacity of the plant, are expected to be commercially operational within this fiscal year in a staggered manner.
