What is the linkage between 15 private parties CCD conversion and SBI led consortium’s debt conversion in Suzlon? This question needs to be scrutinised because barely a quarter apart the private parties benefitted while the financial institutions stare at a loss. This is all the more important since Suzlon’s outstanding liabilities are also covered by a REC and IREDA bailout and its future as a going concern is extremely fragile.
