PUNE: The officials said that the airline is the first Indian carrier to introduce daily direct flights on the Bhopal-Surat-Bhopal, Gorakhpur-Mumbai-Gorakhpur and Jaipur-Dharamshala-Jaipur sectors. SpiceJet is also the first budget airline to connect Bhopal, the city of lakes with Delhi. All the new flights introduced will be operational daily, except the evening flight on the Bhopal-Delhi route which will fly on all days except Sunday.
Shilpa Bhatia, chief sales & revenue officer – SpiceJet, said, “We see potential in these sectors and are delighted to introduce these 12 new flights on our domestic network. We are sure that the new flights will offer immense flexibility to both business and leisure travellers. Besides an evening flight on the Bhopal-Delhi route, in addition to the morning flight will help business travelers conveniently plan same day trips.”
