Reliance Infra transfers 2% stake in JV to Dassault Aviation, becomes minority partner
Reliance Infrastructure on Friday transferred its 2% stake in the joint venture Dassault Reliance Aerospace to partner Dassault Aviation.
Before transferring the stake, Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd (DRAL) was a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure. Upon transfer to 2% equity shares, the joint venture ceases to be a 51% subsidiary and becomes an associate company with 49% shareholding.
