PC, Yadav lay foundation stone for new costruction work

Public Relations Minister PC Sharma and Cottage and Village Industries Minister Harsh Yadav on Sunday dedicated and laid the foundation stone of construction works costing more than Rs 1 crore at Gulabganj in Vidisha district.

He attended the foundation stone programme of Gopalakrishna Gaushala at Fatehpur gram panchayat, Ganj Basoda. Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh participated in the programme.

Minister Sharma told that 3,000 gaushalas are being constructed in the first phase in the State out of which 100 gaushalas will be modern and computerised. The minister in-charge of the district Harsh Yadav said that at least one gaushala is being constructed in every gram panchayat in the state. Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said that continuous efforts are being made by the State Government for the empowerment of gram panchayats in the State. Also, local bodies are being empowered. MLA Shashank Bhargava also addressed the programme.
