Mumbai: Air India on Tuesday evening informed its passengers about significant delays across its network after a third-party system disruption affected check-in operations at multiple airports.
In a statement posted on X, the airline said the outage had led to longer processing times at airports. Airport teams were “working diligently to ensure a smooth check-in experience”, but some flights may continue to face delays until the system is fully restored, the airline said.
